AMENITIES and COMMON AREAS

To help provide a safe environment and to assure that only Bellmar East & Ark House residents are using the amenities, residents must have their Bellmar ID wrist band with them when using the amenities or when they are in the common areas. The Bellmar ID is the colored plastic wrist band located in a small plastic box on the table in your apartment. The band is imprinted with the word “Seville” or “Bellmar”.

Amenities Include:

  • The Business Center is no longer available.
    • If you need to use WiFi you can sit inside the office building entrance.
    • To enter the Office Building front or back entrance after hours, the code is 9993#.
  • Fitness Center

A code number is needed to access the Fitness Center.

FITNESS CENTER

Our Fitness Center has 24 hours access
In order to have access please use the following code:

You must clear the keypad before using this code.
To do this, press “C” to clear it.

  • Swimming Pool
    • Open 10 AM to 10 PM
    • The ID band will entitle you, and two additional guests, to use the pool. Guests must be accompanied by a resident. All children under the age of 18yrs. must be accompanied by an adult.
    • Appropriate swimwear is required when using the pool.

Residents agree to assume all risks associated with, or incidental to, the activities engaged in when using any or all Bellmar East amenities. Neither the Bellmar Management nor Ark House assumes any responsibility for personal injury or damage to personal property incurred while using The Bellmar amenities.

YOUR PATIO

Grilling is only allowed on the permanent grills located in the courtyard near the pool.

The patio/balcony area can only have furniture that is designed for outdoor use. Using the patio as a storage area is prohibited.

NEIGHBORS

If you wish to contact other Ark House residents in the apartment complex, Ark House apartments can be recognized by the combination locks on the apartment door. This might be helpful in case of minor issues or if you wish to visit with another resident; for example–exchanging information on how to get around the city or locating a store near the apartment or hospital.
