PARKING REGISTRATION INTRODUCTION 

 

 Please be advised any vehicle that is not in compliance with municipal laws, state laws, and apartment (Seville at Bellmar, aka Bellmar East) parking rules and regulations will be subject to immediate tow without notice, at the owners’ expense, without notice. 

By providing this information, Ark House will be able to register vehicle(s) for parking at the Ark House apartments. A summary of your parking registrations will be included with your Move-In Guide. At move-in, please compare each vehicle’s license plate number with the summary to confirm that it is correctly registered.

Parking Rules

  • A maximum of three (3) vehicles may be registered for your stay. Each parking registration applies to a license plate number.
  • All vehicles must have current state registration and valid license plates.
  • Temporary replacement vehicles and guest vehicles must be registered through Guest Parking. Instructions will be included in the Move-In Guide.

Towing—Without Warning

  • Illegally parked vehicles: Towing is enforced 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Vehicles without proper parking registration: Towing is enforced daily from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m
