Parking When You Arrive at Ark House
Parking for Ark House Residents:
You must immediately hang the Resident Parking Tag, located in this notebook, on the rear-view mirror of your vehicle. Each apartment is provided with two Resident Parking Tags. The tag must be displayed whenever you are parked at Seville, otherwise your vehicle is at risk of being towed. The Parking Tag must be left in the apartment when you leave Ark House to go home. See Chapter 4-1 parking rules for additional information on parking.
Vehicles improperly parked will likely be towed. :
- Anywhere on the property without a parking tag
- In handicap without displaying both a handicap and parking tag.
- Parked in a covered space – They are reserved!
- Parking in a space not clearly marked for parking, double parking, taking two parking spaces, or obstructing the area in any way.
Gated Parking:
The code to access the gated parking area was given to you upon arrival. Do not share the parking code with any unauthorized people.
Parking for Visiting Family Members, Home Health and Other Guests:
All nighttime visitors must register for a visitor parking pass AND park in areas labeled “Visitor Parking” located on top of the underground garages. The Visitor parking pass is valid for only 24 hours.

Ark House is NOT responsible if your vehicle is towed! Retrieving your vehicle will take several hours and may cost in excess of $165.00.
